35 Degrees and Sunny!

You know it is winter when a sunny, 35 degree day feels warm enough to go walk on the beach. My sister and I took Gretel and Bruce to exert some energy. Half the ocean was frozen, but they managed to find the part that wasn't. They seemed to be enjoying the 32 degree water, but I couldn't convince Karen that we should try it.

Needless to say, we have 2 tired doggies tonight!

great pictures - a friend just sent me some photos on facebook from Nauset (near where she works) & Sandwich (where she lives) of the snow on the beach & frozen ocean - I loved looking at them, but am awfully glad I don't live there anymore!

it is 60 here in Atlanta today!

Those photos are awesome, and fun!

We had a "heatwave" here too, today! (upper 30's)

I have icicles as long as my children hanging from my gutters. But yes, the warmer day definitely felt good.

I wish I could run my boys like that. They. need. it!!

It is kind of pathetic that we start thinking it's spring if the temp goes above freezing. I can't wait for summer!

We had one day like that last week and I took pity on the dog and took her out. She literally didn't know what to do. Just stood there in amazement that she was outside. Of course, it's 3 degrees outside again.

It's funny how polar opposite our weather is. Ours just turned nasty and cold yesterday, after having 50-60 degrees for a couple weeks.

I love to see people (and dogs) enjoying the winter weather! We live in beautiful New England, and are so blessed to have the change of seasons. I love it. Except, of course, for the shoveling. That part I don't love. Great photos!
