I've never had lobster for just this reason. I really don't want my food to look like the animal it was. Andn I don't want it to change colors like that. Kidding. I'd love to taste lobster. This makes me hungry!
O-M-G!!! I haven't had REAL lobster in waaaaay too long! They try to pass off warm water lobster as the real deal down here and charge extortionist prices for Maine Lobsters in the grocery stores... Oh how I long for one of these... or maybe two of these.... *sigh*

We don't eat lobster for religious reasons, but I think the photos are SO COOL! (I bet the lobsters don't think so though: haha)
